Here at Autolockxpress we offer a standard 90 day warranty on all parts supplied with our works for peace of mind

Please see below the terms and conditions of our 90 day warranty

For your warranty claim to be valid, the terms below must be complied with

1. Warranty valid till date is 90 days from the date on the receipt given after works are complete.
 

2. Warranty claims need to be made with a valid receipt, please keep your receipt the technician gives to you for any warranty to be valid.

What does my warranty cover?

Warranty DOES cover replacement and or reprogramming of keys or parts supplied by us which are deemed to of sustained a fault within the warranty period. Warranty does not cover any type of refund of parts or programming charges.


Warranty DOES NOT cover internal batteries which are replaceable 

For warranty call outs, the vehicle must be at the same location the visit was made to initially to complete works

Warranty works call outs are between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday only

Warranty only covers parts supplied  by Autolockxpress. If it is deemed another fault on the car has occurred unrelated to the part supplied, a standard call out charge of £60 will be charged

Warranty DOES NOT apply to parts that have been damaged by the customer, such cases included but are not limited to drop damage, water damage, excessive force damage
